CDMS Consultancy provides CDM Professional services to projects across Malaysia. Our team is certified by DOSH as CDM Professionals and supports Clients, PCWDs, CWDs and PCWCs to meet their duties under the CDM Regulations 2024, without slowing the programme.
What our CDM Professionals do
- Project set-up: confirm duty holders, appointments and whether the project must be notified to DOSH.
- Client duty advisory: help clients make suitable project arrangements and provide pre-construction information.
- Design risk reviews: structured reviews with the design team so hazards are eliminated or reduced at source.
- Pre-construction and construction phase reviews: check that residual risks are understood before work starts and managed on site.
- Compliance audits and gap analysis: independent assessment of CDM documentation, roles and arrangements.
- Safety and Health File: compile and review the file handed to the client at completion.
- CDM 2024 briefings and training: practical sessions for project teams, clients and site leadership.
Projects we support
We focus on complex projects where interfaces, programme pressure and risk are highest: data centres, rail and MRT, high-rise buildings, mixed developments, infrastructure and bridges, and renewable energy. We serve projects in both West (Peninsular) and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
