CDMS Consultancy is growing. We are looking for CDM Coordinators and CDM Professionals to join our team in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, supporting clients, designers and contractors under the CDM Regulations 2024.
The roles
- CDM Coordinator: RM 4,500 – 7,000 per month
- CDM Professional: RM 6,000 – 10,000 per month
What you’ll do
- Run design risk reviews and workshops with clients, designers and contractors
- Prepare and maintain design risk registers and CDM documentation
- Carry out site visits and prepare site observation reports
- CDM Professionals also advise clients and PCWDs on their CDM duties and guide CDM Coordinators
Requirements: CDM Coordinator
- Diploma or higher (or equivalent) recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in the construction industry
- Registered with a relevant professional body (e.g. BEM, LAM, BQSM, MBOT, LPBM) or accredited by CIDB as a Construction Project Manager (CCPM)
Requirements: CDM Professional
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) recognised by MQA in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in the construction industry
- Registered with a relevant professional body (e.g. BEM, LAM) or accredited by CIDB as a Construction Project Manager (CCPM)
Both roles
- Malaysian citizen
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin is an advantage, as you will work with Chinese-speaking clients
- Proactive, able to work independently and travel within Malaysia
- Willing to learn
No CDM certification yet? No problem. We sponsor your CDM Coordinator / CDM Professional training and certification (training bond applies). Requirements follow the DOSH entry criteria for CDM certification under the CDM Regulations 2024.
